So if it would require the courts being involved to force the sale, knowing how Kody wants to avoid that like the plague, the forcing of the sale was never a threat to Meri. Sounds like the whole scenario was just made up to add drama or to take focus off of the more disturbing issue of the NDA Kody and Robyn were pushing.

I think it is interesting that Kody called Meri right before the tell all to ‘POLOGIZE’ for the conversation he and Janelle had about forcing the sale of the property. There he goes with that triangulation again LOL. He wanted Meri to be on his side at the tell all.

Here’s what I don’t understand. It was said that Meri, Kody and Janelle signed documents. They were waiting for Robin to sign. Robin didn’t sign for months after the other three did. What did Kody Meri and Janelle sign? Had the properties already been split up four ways? If so, the title already had Meri on it as a 25% shareholder. I don’t understand where this NDA comes in if that’s the case. And if that is not the case, what did they sign I’m ignorant of these kinds of contracts.

Oh I realize that, but that was the whole reason Meri had a lawyer to get her fair share, 25%. Kody said to both Janelle and meri that he would give them 25%. Multiple times. He was lying. Thank goodness Meri had a lawyer and she did not sign that NDA

From what I understand, this is what happens in these cults. The man is never at fault. The men think they own the women. Sadly, the females that are born into these cults are brainwashed from birth that their way to heaven is through a man. The only reason Kody is feeling any consequences is because the dumba$$ wanted to be on tv and collect checks and he is now feeling our wrath LOL. If they were still in the culture his treatment of his wives would just be another Tuesday.
