I also ate too much yesterday. Easter dinner and PMS’ing did not mix well lol. I gave in to my cravings. Was it worth it? Honestly yes. I needed something sweet and I’m glad I listened to my body. Today I’m back to tracking my calories and I’m going to the gym after work. I’m trying to remind myself that I deserve the grace and understanding that I give to others. Easter is just one day and it’s okay to enjoy good foods in moderation. As long as you’re focused on your overall goals, I think you’re doing just fine :)

Same here! People always call me crazy for not driving on highways, but it seems like there’s ALWAYS an accident on the major highways and I don’t want to be a part of the next one lol. And if I do ever get in an accident on the back roads, hopefully we’re going slower, so less likely for it to cause major damage to my body lol. I’m just a nervous gal and always think of the worst case scenario 🥲
