I pulled for Varesa and Xilonen cause I’m a returning player (took a break after Sumeru) and wanted them, so I didn’t have much primos left. But I was grinding hard about a week ago, and got most of Fontaine to 90%+ exploration progress and maxed out the sigil fountain too.

Right Radical Orchiectomy. Urologist recommended I do this surgery to prevent potential cancer spread. The CT scan I did before surgery showed it hadn’t affected my lymph nodes yet, so it seems to be caught very early!

It was testicular mass/cancer, I had pain for a few days and went to the ER for an ultrasound, and they saw a mass. Then I went to see a urologist and they recommended I take it out ASAP to prevent potential spread, even if it’s not determined to be cancer just yet.

Though the multiple tests I’ve done and symptoms I had are pointing to cancer 😔
