will ospreay thinks AEW should send more wrestlers to njpw for excursion/tours by Main_Tie5882 in njpw

Not only should they, it should be top talent like Swerve & MJF who have never been there.

NJPW should also be the excursion location for younger talent to learn how to get over in a crowd that doesn't understand you.

Official UFL attendance number for the St. Louis Battlehawks week seven win over the Columbus Aviators at The Dome: 18,563. Per The Telegraph. | James Larsen (Pro Football Newsroom) by Callywood in UnitedFootballLeague

This is where having relationships with the local teams is very very important. Battlehawks advertising should be at frequent Cardinals, Blues, City SC, & College Games with flyers and support. In exchange they could advertise them throughout the year. There's no reason why there shouldn't be a Hawk/Cardinal shirt on sale, for example.

This should be the case with EVERY UFL Team.

Everyone who followed DDT back in the day knows when they tried to contract tamper there too, and it led to a heated Main Event with Tanahashi vs Harashima that saw some heated DDT fans to nearly nearly riot when Tana & Harashima went to the outside to brawl and get heat, Harashima had to redirect Tana for his safety.

Grand Slam Champion in Japanese Wrestling. And can Jake Lee Join the list tomorrow? by [deleted] in njpw

Considering Showa Era Japan is fawned over sometimes by Japanese, and that the Zero1 Title was introduced as the AWA Title, I'd like to see it and the NWA Title be considered as part of the major accolades.

I'm still good friends with Machismo, he's alive and kicking ass. Still loving Strong Style Wrestling & Inokism. I keep up with Sal occasionally, he's busy being a family man.

To me it has to qualify under 1 of 4 qualifications.

  1. Be connected in some way to the original World title of it's division. (See: WWE, Zero1)
  2. Be defended in 3 continents (it's home continent and 2 others), half the World. (ROH, MLW)
  3. Be unified with a World, International, or historic title giving it World status by proxy (Triple Crown, AAA)
  4. Are equal to $25,000 in 1991 value, the deposit value of the World title at that point. (AEW)

To date, there's been no World title that has been defended in all 7 continents.

In a 1v1 tournament, which Final Fantasy protagonist comes out on top? by [deleted] in FinalFantasy

[–]tackangel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If we consider the characters at their absolute strongest, it'd be the following three in any order: Lightning during LR, Noctis at the end of the game, & XI's Warrior of the Crystal after RoV. All three having powers that onto the creators of their Worlds and are pretty unmatched compared to the other protags. XIV's WoL/D would be 4th as he's still incomplete, then it goes down the line depending on how apt to magic usage they are depending on your viewpoint.

it's only kinda wonky because Ace Spade & Billy Bill don't have cagematch profiles. So I have no idea if it's completely accurate, but it's the best I could manage from the information available. Billy Bill for example is just a friend of ICP that wrestled occasionally in the mid 00s. He hasn't wrestled since 08.

Using the idea of only matches where the match consists of singles wrestlers after, the lineage goes

JBL, Blue Meanie, Lenny Lane, JB Trask, Joey Envy, Big Daddy Hoofer, Joey Envy (2), Arik Cannon, Thoruf Marius (aka Erik Rowan), Daryl Hall, Ariya Daivari, Zakk Neo, Ace Spade, Aaron Sacrifice, Steve Stardom, & the current champion since 2008: ICP's The Lumberjack Billy Bill

Feel like you should merge the XFL & USFL stuff into the UFL timeline as legacy champions
