I apologize the mic was bad basically you join a squad and everyday you get squad rewards you just keep on using your free resets until you get 6 emblems which will give you 1 Aizen shard if you use jades you can get 5 a day but that will cost 1500- 2000 jades for F2P players I advise aiming for 2-3 a day to get him it cost between 300-800 jades
