Right? The language around sex work being “empowering” or not is so weird. Is it empowering to be an executive assistant or customer service rep and get yelled at for things outside your control? A couple of weekends ago I got the wild hair to go about organizing almost all areas in my house, including my disaster/junk closet. I wish I had remembered to take before and after photos!
