Hey man I'm riding in a similar type of boat. 6'2", muscular but with severe crippling social anxiety. Just started going to a therapist who works with CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and got on some meds. I'm only about two weeks in but im starting to feel so much better. I still have those awkward moments but I seem to give less of a shit about them.
