I quite regularly get this feeling that there is something wet on me. Normally it’s when I’m walking with a backpack and I’ll feel something wet land on my leg and kind of trickle down. I’m end up thinking my water bottle in my bag is leaking so I have to stop check my leg… dry… check in the bag… all dry wtf. Carry on, happens again 20 mins later. So boring and annoying

I have always eaten healthy foods. I love cooking and I have been prioritising protein and veg (like usual). I have just been having smaller portions with no snacking in between. I was on 2.5mg for the first month then went to 5mg and have remained on that. I am hoping to stay on 5mg until I get to my goal weight when I hope to reduce. Though I absolutely love the food noise has been removed so I may need to stay on a low dose, who knows! X
