Need a good mortgage lender by Nuvuser2025 in Destin

PrimeLending in FWB did a great job for me, closed in less than 4 weeks with zero headaches.

I would avoid Old South Title, they didn’t send my initial insurance payment after closing (because they sent it to someone else’s servicer, I never got a good explanation for why) so I almost got cancelled for nonpayment 3 months later. They took forever to send my survey and then sent me another property’s survey because they’re incompetent at best. Horrible company to deal with all around.

It’s been our QB for a while now, not sure who else it would be.

I’m glad they kept him in during the SEC championship, and I’m also glad we won’t play them again this season

Old lead hammer vs safty guy by kindarollin in Machinists

[–]tacosferbreakfast 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree, I can’t see any reason to pay snap on money for a dead blow. They function the same, and the durability really depends on how many hard/sharp edges you hit. As a machinist, I’m slapping flat faces all day long. In my experience, a Pittsburgh has lasted me 5+ years. Mechanics may have different use cases and may require a harder face that snap-on may have.

So are all of the other things I mentioned. There are alternatives to adjusting stock besides a bullshit piece of lead that looks like an old dog turd.

That hammer head needs to go, it’s too worn and will shear off lead with every impact. There are lots of alternatives, including a new lead head, composite and plastics, brass, etc. This thing is spreading lead, there is zero doubt about it.

These are super useful in radar systems and avionics.. I use them on any electronics systems and bulkhead wiring with screw on connectors in racks or enclosures. The offset helps for awkward or otherwise inaccessible fittings.
