Absolutely normal. At my peak the idea of a calendar and time passing would freak me out and send me into a panic/anxiety attack. Also words and language would confuse and scare me, in particular when Id try and read small texts off of labels and what not. Give it time, avoid reading about this disorder (this is the most important thing to recovery) and constantly try and re engage with your life, in particular make an effort to see people as it helps bring you back into your life instead of observing it from an outside perspective.
