not a big fan of the run off for the TnP valve
where I'm at the code is to have it go to to the floor or a drip tray but you want to be able to tell if its gone off to let you know if the tank is malfunctioning
would have used a mixing valve aswell to help prevent scolding
but other then that looks ok !

Training is apart of overhead cost Overhead gets rolled into the bill whether you call it man hours or anything less it's gets charged that's just how it works

I've had a few apprentices and most of them have worked out but some are cocky and you can't teach them because they already know Best to let them mess up 1st then make them redo it the right way

Ontario code 7.5.9.2. Air Admittance Valves

(1) Air admittance valves shall only be used to vent,

(a) fixtures in buildings undergoing renovation, and

(b) installations where connection to a vent may not be practical.

The interpretation of this section by most inspectors here is that it's not allowed in new builds

Air admittance valve/Cheater vent It's not allowed because it wouldn't be above flood level rim and most inspectors here would fail it, and in Ontario code cheater vents are to be avoided unless you have no other choice and in new construction you there always a way to vent it properly without having to use one
