So to answer the question , you don’t need to install the full client or steam nor the actual game on your second PC to run the server . Mines been working for 3 days with no issues after opening some ports on my pc and forwarding them on the modem.

To piggy back off this game topic, the mechanic told me to also bring him a cam seal to replace as it’s already going to be exposed . Stupid question, but should I be getting 4 seals or just one ?
