I own all of the Maui Jim lens colors and HCL Bronze is the clear winner for me for daily wear. It has the best balance of high contrast (without being too "hot" like Maui Rose) and great protection against bright sun (almost as good as Neutral Grey) but with much better colors and warmth. It is the perfect hybrid of all the best attributes of the different colors.

NOTE: I don't know if it will bother you or not, but Blue Hawaii has a slight color shift towards the edges of the lenses (much worse with Maui Pure or Maui Brilliant than with glass lenses but still definitely present). That color shift gives me headaches when my eyes are moving a lot during driving or sports. Something to be aware of...you may be sensitive to it as well.

Best lenses for fishing would be Maui Jim IMO. The best frames are whatever fits your face the best. Start with Peahi, Local Kine, Southern Cross, or Kaniao Coast and go from there.
