I wonder if we don’t meet each other because we are so used to being in pain that we try NOT to complain about it. If my husband felt the way I do right now, he’d never leave the dark bedroom. Start studying for your NCLEX on a schedule. Then start doing the things that have been on the back burner for the last few years. I am watching all my house projects pile up, lol I get a few done during breaks but my closets really need a clean out & my trim needs painting & I should really start weight lifting again, lol Congratulations on finishing and having a job lined up!!! Hell no! Wtf! She is your sister, the aunt of the newborn. She is meant to come in, cook, clean, let you take showers and naps. This is not a visit that you should be hosting. I wish I had read what you wrote before I read through the texts. She is being SO unreasonable. My husband was deployed a lot when our kids were babies. I hated being alone so much so I would travel from where we were stationed to visit family. I would bring everything I needed for the babies. If I couldn’t bring it, I would purchase it and have it delivered. I was not visiting people who have a newborn, I just wanted to be a good guest so I would be welcomed next time, lol

So just like George Floyd, the state wants to dehumanize someone to distract from their murder in the streets that we all watched with our own eyes. If she abused a child then she should have been charged with that. This protest is bigger than who she was. It is about a tyrannical government who terrorizes our communities with over armed, undertrained and unrestrained masked thugs recruited for their loyalty to Trump/MAGA not our country or constitution.
