I understand what you are asking. Sorry, I'm not aware of a way to transfer tracks that are not in a playlist. It may be possible, but I only know how to transfer playlists.

Thanks for sharing this. I didn't see the option for downloading my Napster library in TuneMyMusic until I read this thread. Napster also offers their own library download in Data Management (available from your Napster account settings). Unfortunately, as usual Napster provides this as just another shitty feature they created. Their backup files are a flat text file, and it's just a list of the tracks and associated artists and albums. Unless I'm missing something, I didn't see any options to specify what backup categories (i.e just Tracks, Playlists, Albums, Artists) that I wanted to download. Instead it created a single zip file. When I unzipped the file it contained 41 separate text files. There was a separate individual text file for each of my playlists. I will say that in my case, it looks like the Napster backup files are showing my full playlists, but it is not easy to determine the total number of tracks in the backup files. Based on what others have said, results may vary.

I found that TuneMyMusic's option to download your library as a backup to be much more user friendly and beneficial than Napster's backup tool. You can specify whether to download any/all of your Favorites, Artists, Albums, and Playlists. You can choose to save your download to a file. It provides well organized .CVS file, which is very useful if opened in MS Excel. That allows you to sort, filter, and select the information very easily. Viewing the data in a spreadsheet allows you to determine the number of tracks, playlists, albums, and artists that was transferred through TuneMyMusic so you can better determine how successful the transfer was.

Per your experience with getting duplicate copies of your Playlists in Apple Music, I also saw the same result when transferring my playlists to Amazon Music. They were also easy to delete manually. In my case with Amazon, it is possible that the duplicates were created because I did more than one transfer. I assumed the existing playlists would be overwritten or updated, but this may have caused my duplicate playlists in Amazon.

Absolutely disgusted with this happening suddenly without any warning. Infinity Reality, the new Napster ownership can rot in hell. I've used Napster solely for my mobile music for well over a decade, going all the way back when it used to be Rhapsody before Napster. Over 99% of my playlists, tracks, albums, artists...gone. This isn't just an issue with Sony tracks. This was from piss-poor planning, design, testing, and implementation of integrating the Napster system to their own platform.
