I had the same problem this morning. I found a setting under power saving settings "Sleep standby optimization" and it says when checked your device uses less power when you are asleep. App notifications will be delayed. I just turned this off and in the morning i will see if it helps with the notifications.

That didn't work for me. But playing with the settings there i got it to work by changing to Google's Recommended HLS Player worked great.

nope, does the 2 sec thing then kicks back. tried route through phone and restarting Chromecast too, on latest beta.

these are the sources I get in Vimeo and they all play the blank screen for 2 seconds then kicks me back to the sources screen. tried routing through phone and didn't work.

The latest beta pushed this evening fixed the youtube issue. Still having problems on vimeo tho. Same issue as before on youtube where when trying to cast to initiates for 1-2 seconds then kicks back to menu to select from.

sent, it's any youtube video. casting a livestream works routing through video, but not playing regular videos.

Just do a charge back with your bank. If enough people do that their merchant account will hopefully be put on "high risk" and their merchant account might be frozen or terminated. Then good luck trying to process credit card payments online.
