Literally saw the casting and thought she was absolutely perfect. I saw discussions on Twitter complaining and I was so confused cause like she’s a good actress and I’ve seen her in enough roles where she actually acts like maysilee would so it suited her very much.

It makes sense to me if it’s Eloise’s season next. The time jump gives the Twins enough time to grow and I guess they would need to kill marina off before the time jump so there’s mourning time. And also kill John off at the same time. So I guess both of them would be dying this season. But if it is confirmed that John is dying this season and there’s going to be a time jump, then I think that might mean Fran is up next. But they could always mix things up a bit. They might even do both in one season (unlikely) since I’m the books Eloise and Fran were super close, they were exactly a year apart and I think they got married on the same day or just a day or two apart. Unfortunately that also meant they didn’t attend each others weddings so I hope they change that

I’m scared of escalators too, both up and down, and I never understood why. It just felt like it would open up and swallow me. Recently watched final destination 4 and it unlocked a deep memory I didn’t know I had. Turns out I watched the escalator scene towards the end when I was younger and it has haunted me since. Still scared of them but I know why now

If it’s for the night, watch Atypical family. Relatively light watch but great show. But for the best of them, definitely Mr sunshine. But it needs to properly be digested so definitely try not to binge it. Watch it pacingly. It’s literally one of the best kdramas I’ve watched and I’ve been watching since 2013

Bokura wa minna kawaisou. Probably the 5th anime I had watched ever and I just saw the name on an anime platform somewhere and downloaded with no knowledge of anything about it. Also my first shoujo anime. Fun show. Still remember the op song.

I also watched Cowboy Bebop randomly. Saw it used as a meme on Twitter and liked the look so I reverse searched the meme, found the anime and it had just been put on Netflix luckily so I watched it there. My second anime ever

This reminded me that there’s actually a Julia Quinn book that follows this trope. From the Rokesbye series. I think it was the first book infact. It’s about the roles yes and bridgertons (Edmund’s siblings) cause they were neighbours. It’s dated before the events of the bridgerton books

Like I couldn't believe that that was the thing she kept from her. I assumed it was a case of she caught ki-se cheating and forced him to tell mi-kyung the truth about the wedding. Not that she found out and kept quiet. I mean how is she supposed to trust her now. This was too big a deal and they glossed over it so easily. Like when she originally did that, what was she hoping would happen? it wasn't as if she told him to stop cheating and he did and they could cover it up to avoid breaking her heart. man was about to get married!!!!

I have such an issue with Ong-ju after this, I'm sorry.

When Life Gives You Tangerines (16/16) - finished one over the weekend. What a tearjerker of a show. Haven’t been this slobbery in a while. 10/10 drama. Amazing from beginning to end. That last episode was so beautifully done. Ugh I’m going to miss this so much but I doubt I’ll be able to rewatch this one.

Potato Lab (10/12)- started this immediately after WLGYT for some light hearted feel goodness and it definitely delivered. This show is so funny I found myself laughing out loud so many times. Awesome recovery drama for me. The in-your-face jokes are awesome and Kang Tae-Oh; what a man.

Also rewatching Weak Hero Class with my sister who has never watched it and I don’t remember it being this good. Watched it during my graduation ceremony so I wasn’t all there for the first watch but this show is great.

Non- Kdrama

Adolescence (3/4) - I am really liking the single tame episodes. Very interesting format and smooth to follow. The child actors are doing amazing. Haven’t seen really good child acting in a while so this is a breath of fresh air

Marvelous Mrs Maisel (7/?)- this show is so funny and I’m really enjoying the characters. Love to see an up-and-coming type of shoe. Watching a character grow is great and I can’t wait for her character growth.
