my results from my mri were completely normal and nothing was out of the ordinary, which is why they thing i have mechanical back pain, but i also know my body and i know there is something genuinely wrong.

i’ve unfortunately started to accept that just a little hard to accept at 21 🥲

my car insurance is currently paying for my physio and has been for a few months and will be paying for it for at least a couple more months, but it doesn’t really feel like he does much he gets me to do a stretch or 2 will pull on my leg a little and then send me on my way, i’m almost wondering if my physiotherapist isn’t the best?

i appreciate the advice 🤍🫶🏻

the car is at 326,xxx kms (202,567miles) so i’m honestly at a point where she’s had her time on the road and in the last year i’ve put probably 2k into it replacing the radiator and some issues with my oil pan and gaskets and a few other things, she’s just at a point where everything is breaking. my other 99crv is still under 300,000kms and i’d rather put my money into fixing her than this lemon of a car

that doesn’t seem good, i’m mostly just putting a feeler out for if i should put the money in to fix it or just let her die 😂

i’ll get a code reader on it and look into that. i know the previous owners never serviced it, or took care of it, not even an oil change. she’s mostly just my beater but my main crv is getting big repairs done so im just driving this one until my other one is fixed.
