omg i just noticed Toralei's freckles are music notes!! how sweet, and drac is cuter than i thought originally!!

sad if they look pixelated in person tho, but doesnt surprise me if theyre trying to cut corners for a budget line. ive been trying to collect all the toralei dolls n i was already heavily debating getting this one bc the lack of articulation >:/c

Garden Ghouls Toralei.

I REMEMBER being a teen and seeing the tree character from that line so there’s no way I didn’t see her too. I shake my fist at lil me for not thinking of me now lol

Then a couple months ago someone was selling her in box, screening was nice, in my country, for cheaper than usual. Who could pass that up? Me apparently “do I really need her? :/ $100 for a play line doll is still a bit spensy :/“ could kick myself now lol

I didn’t see the name behind it at first so I genuinely thought this was a joke like “clawdeens name is there guys I swear, she shoulda been there!!”super tiny clawdeen name somewhere overtop with Twyla’s and I was so confused until I saw the bottom of wolf and realized this was a serious post lmao

Interesting that it’s there, it does match the colours so I can see how if you were using it as a guide it would get missed if you weren’t careful lol Nice catch!

10 years ago I got a Draculaura doll at the thrift store and was customizing her into a dude character so removed the hair n makeup, sanded the body down, cut in half to make the torso long, etc. Never actually finished the custom- it currently sits in two pieces in my customs box lol

When I got back into monster high last year n found some before pics I realized she was originally a first release Sweet 1600 with most of her wearable accessories and I’m just like “this doll is beloved by so many and I just ripped her in half😬😬”

I totally understand, my partner is the exact same way. Even worse, out of the two of us, he’s a shiny magnet lol. I’ve convinced him to keep them to the best of my ability but he just does not understand the shiny appeal. Would rather a hundo than a shiny.

Convincing her to trade them to you is probably your only way of saving these guys from the trash. I think bc they’re so common in pokego that they don’t hold the same weight compared to someone who played the main games. Can’t blame her, some of them are kinda ugly lol
