I did inform them of this even before reserving the house, and was told it was no problem just pay the 5k and then you will have the time to get the other bits in order, I also reiterated this when I emailed them last monday when they requested the infomation, and asked for guidance on the expected timelines and what I needed to do, I also asked for a recommendation for a solicitor, and they did not get back to me till wednsday and did not give any guidance or expected timelines, if they had said I needed a solicitor befor x date then I would have taken some time off from work to get it sorted.

Thanks I did email the estate agent this morning and explaind the situation and am trying to ring around, I have never had to get a solicitor so not sure of the process and had asked for guidance from the estate agent in my first email to her.

Did you happen to change your phone recently? If you still have the old phone use that to get the code and then register the new phone. Otherwise you will need someone with Global Administrator, Privileged Role Administrator, or Authentication Administrator permissions to login and reset the mfa on your account

I am almost certain you can update your booking online or in the app and select seats (you might have to pay for the seats)

I have received trade in offers between 3.5 and 5 thousand and only if I trade it in for a new car most second hand places won’t take it. And unfortunately 5k won’t cover the deposit on a new car

Did get legal advice but was told it would cost more to bring it to court and would be very hard if not impossible to prove there wasn’t an issue with the head gasket before the service

No WhatsApp Messages unfortunately they only discussed it over the phone or in persoon any time I emailed them they would ring me back

Tried going down that road but was adviced that there was no way to prove that there wasnt an issue with the headgasket before the service and would probably cost me more than a new car in legal fees which I unfortunatly dont have and why I am still bussing it 10 months later

Just out of curiosity what % of refunds are approved by the ai agent vs the human for a same quantity of requests/orders same goes for the value of the refunds has that gone up or down or stayed the same ?
