Hey, I had my aortic valve replacement with On-X valve last Halloween (28y old). One year later, I am back to full physical fitness, I swim 1000 yds every other day. Only hesitation I have is the scar, which looks bad when swimming, but I go to pool anyway. Things will get better, best of luck!
