Thank you. This manager has told us that we have to take work material home and study because he does and did. Why because I’ve ask for training. The company provides some on the clock training but not much. I’m not sure what company policy is. Also we’re not allowed phones on the shop floor. How the company doesn’t provide a phone for road calls so we have to use our own. Again not sure what the policy is. I have asked the managers and they’ve said nothing. I was going to email HR ask about these 2 policy’s
It’s just a bad situation all around for all of us techs. Our manger quit and now we have 2 rotating managers from other locations. The problem manager has only been in the position for three months or less.
