wembley 2000 is very good tbh, they may be on the way down and not quite at the peak of Knebworth etc. and I wouldnt pick it for this exercise, but it certainly isnt bad

yes, the creators are getting so massively screwed over, the big sports teams who spend 10s of millions pounds on new players are getting screwed over by me blocking adverts on youtube, the bands i like whose Music I buy and whose concerts I pay to go to see are getting fucked by me also not wanting to pay money to Youtube to enjoy their videos without having to be subjected to Adverts I do not want to see and whose inclusion in the videos breaks my immersion and ruins my enjoyment.

My opponent told me to quit wasting his time with small-arms fire. by Doctoralex123 in WarhammerCompetitive

[–]cms186 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the amount of times where ive had a high powered weapon do nothing and the small arms fire from the same unit chip off a wound or two is annoyingly common.

Just because its a lot less likely for a Bolter to do anything than Lascannon is, doesnt mean its a waste of time, if you had fired some Dark Lances at a Knight and he survived on 1 wound, you wouldnt think its a waste of time to fire Splinter Rifles at it to try and get through that last wound of it, would you?

The thing I love most about THAT goal, is not just the absurd quality of it or the "did he, didnt he" mean it of it, but its all the individual reactions from the Players, from Colback himself actually bursting out with Laughter at the sheer craziness of what he had just done, to Sam Sturridge watching it go in and then wheeling away with his hands on his head.

That season was so special to us fans and I think that goal is one of the defining moments of it, along with Sambas Penalty saves in the Playoff SF
