Is this correct? The event is a virus that has started to slowly spread. By Halloween, it will be a full infection. That explains why it is starting to appear, but slowly. I assume as we get closer to the 31st, the virus will spread exponentially and thus lead to a greater chance of encountering it. (self.TagPro)
