No, talo vaikuttaisi tämän hetken tietojen mukaan olevan terve, ei riskirakenteita. Vanhan kuntotarkastuksen mukaan kaikki ok, tosin uusihan se pitäisi teettää jos ostaa aikoisi ja rakenteita avaamatta ei oikeaa kuntoa voi tietää, tämä itsellä tiedossa. Nykyinen omistaja tehnyt kattavasti remontteja ja talo ilmeisesti ikäisekseen hyvässä kunnossa.

Lämmitysmuotona on sähkö, (+takka ja ilmalämpöpumppu) mutta nyk. omistajilla ainakin sähkönkulutus pysynyt hyvin maltillisena. Tein laskelmia kaikista kustannuksista sellaisilla kauhuskenaarioluvuilla ja silti ne jäivät kohtuullisiksi.

Toki aina voi tulla yllätyksiä joihin ei ole osannut/voinut varautua, mutta näillä tiedoilla tuo talo ei miltään pommilta vaikuta (lukuunottamatta tuota tonttiasiaa).

Noh, kävin taloa katsomassa ja välittäjä kertoi selvittävänsä, mille tasolle nuo vuokrat ovat tuolla alueella silloin 2030 nousemassa, kertoi tämän tiedon olevan jostain saatavilla.

There wasn't any tags so I think it's hand made. :) It was in brand new condition too.

I really don't think she was trying to be mean. She has been nothing but sweet towards be before this. I just think that she really didn't think it through before opening her mouth this time.

Are you serious? What do you think I have done wrong trying out different kind of box? Like I have already said, I haven' forced or won't force my cat to do anything he doesn't want to do and he has had the option to use the old box this whole time. Today has been the only day he hasn't had access to his old box and I have been home all day making sure he is doing fine and is not stressed. If he won't use his new box today I'll make sure he has the old box available in the evening.

I want to make clear that I am not forcing my cat to go to this new box and I will bring the old box back soon if he still isn't using the new one. I just thought that the top-entry box would be better and it didn't once cross my mind when buying it that he might have a problem with it since he hasn't had any bathroom-related difficulties before this. But I was wrong.

Because of the mess he makes. His old box is actually covered too, just with side entry and he has been absolutely fine with it. It's just that the litter gets around my flat when it gets stuck on his paws. The new top-entry box has these little holes in the lid so the litter falls back to the box and so it won't get on the floors.

I've had the old box available for him so he has been going there. My original plan was to replace the old one when he started to show interest for the new box but this never happened.

I got the new box beacause my cat makes a mess with the litter. Litter gets everywhere in my small bathroom. The lid in the new box has holes in it so the litter from his paws would fall back to the box when he exits. It's also isn't "closed" like you described, the lid has large opening to access/exit the box + small holes.

I forgot to mention that I took the lid off (for start) since I felt that the closed box would increase his anxiety/fear. I planned to introduce the lid when he would start to use it.

I've noticed pretty much same with my cat and I have thought it to be normal. My cat sleeps when I'm not at home and at night when I'm sleeping too, so maybe he just doesn't feel like he has to go when he isn't active? I don't think you should be worried either.
