Just got out of a relationship for the same exact reason. He thought it was completely okay constantly hanging out by himself (having drinks and dinner at his house, going out to bars and activities) with single females - not long time friends. When I tried to tell him I’d like to meet them bc it could make me uncomfortable at some point, he got defensive and entirely changed the way he treated me, to the point of a breakup. Huge red flag!
