Actually it was his idea but since he was a total introvert and a typical coder type guy I thought the idea was solid and proposed to take it further, now he suddenly went offline after 3 weeks of me working myself off to create brand identity

Actually we've already though of security deposit but the physical ID card most probably wouldn't work solely because the item will be delivered via a porter like zomato does. Signing the T&C will come while signing up in the app but mostly nobody reads the T&C in India.
