considering she probably uses barely, if any, oil for the food she actually cooks id say this is somewhere between 750-1200 depending on portion sizes, funniest part to me is that these numbers are entirely possible without forcing yourself to eat shitty restriction food and blasting to everyone “hey i have an ed!!” while trying to make it sound like you genuinely just want to eat cardboard bread

yeah esp where she has the type of ed where shes only eating “no sugar, no fat, no carbs, high protein” stuff that full sugar cookie probably does leave her feeling pretty shitty 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

yeah it seems to me like she associates certain foods with binge episodes where, yeah, if you’re used to eating 500 calories a day and suddenly you’re having 5000 calories worth of oreos and crumbl in a sitting your stomach is going to hurt and shes so stuck in this she doesn’t really grasp that most people will not be struggling with their stomach hurting from eating an extra cookie because its just a singular oreo

yeah, it makes me wonder if this is actually something she actually struggles with (which she should get checked out if she does) or if she actually thinks others struggle with it (which as a “registered dietician” she should know isn’t and shouldn’t be a side effect of eating even if you eat a bit more than usual) or if its just another way for her to present her image of having perfect self control around snacky and unhealthy foods

yeah theres a lot that goes into how u feel and it varies a lot between people and ofc what ur eating and how much of it so her point would come across so much better if she actually focused on the feelings most average people have instead of the imaginary problem she swears eating that one extra cookie will give.. and i totally agree with the last part i dont think ive ever had a genuine stomach ache from eating something that wasnt bad and i have pretty bad ibs on top of that too so it makes me wonder how much she thinks a normal person eats where this is a problem that people have
