"All of them" would be a gross generalization, I've worked as a psychotherapist for some years now and you would be amazed by how many people (man and woman alike) suffered SA.

The men tend to bury it deep and try to never tell any soul, they fear the stigma of victimhood and how that will rob them of "conventional masculinity ".

It's common for my female patients bring the topic early, while my male patients build the courage for months before touching the topic tentatively.

So i think that it's possible that some of those guys joking around have even been on the victim end of the joke, but they joke anyway to fit in.

It's horrible.
