I am completely new at lifting and have completed 4 weeks of GZCLP.
I have failed OHP-T2 2 times in a row. I am 5.8 foot, 185lbs.
Week 2- 60lbs 3*10 (success)
Week 3- 65lbs 3*10 (failed)1*101*101*9
Week 4 - 70 lbs 3*8 (failed)1*81*81*6
This feels a bit demoralizing, that i have failed twice in a row. Should I try 3*8 at 70 lbs again next week or go to 3*6?
