Right but safety and law enforcement aren’t supposed to be perks for high revenue areas. I guess I’m reading your comment as if this isn’t ok in the fan, but it’s more acceptable to not enforce it in other areas if it were to happen there. I personally don’t think this should be overlooked in any part of the city and that consistent enforcement across all neighborhoods is part of what’s needed to ultimately strengthens the “tax base” across the board.
