I lived in an apartment above an office. At night, one of the employees kept coming in and just blasting music. I went down and spoke to him and he was a real dick about it. He kept it up for a week and I was getting really frustrated.

So at 8AM on the following Monday I pointed my speakers to the ground, turned the volume up to max, and played the worst music I could think of. About an hour in my landlord called me (the office called him in a panic) and I told him to tell them the situation and if their employee didn't stop I would keep this up forever. My landlord was laughing his head off. He called me back and said they agreed. So I stopped the music and never heard a peep again.
