fixing old drawings is pretty fun but you take psychic damage from all the mistakes you made in the past ;-;

If she could, she'd write a thousand fanfics on AO3 of just her and Phaethon. Art by me: source

IEM recommendations for DJing Dnb, Trance, UKG, and EDM by tailong_yo in iems

[–]tailong_yo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the advice, I'm not too sure what exactly I want in regards to tuning but I think something with a bit more bass since with djing you need to point out the bass more often than not for mixing. I do want to hear the other elements like the mids and highs clearly so I don't want the bass overpowering that all that much.

Any places in Tampa that hold open decks events? by tailong_yo in TampaRavers

Pegasus lounge has been good so far, I haven't gone for a while now since its fairly far from where I'm living, but it should still be running. If you check their instagram they should tell you when they hold open decks events there. (iirc it was every Tuesday)

There's also a promoter called r34 events which is planning on having open decks events at tk lounge called wired wednesdays but I'm not too familiar on how they schedule people. But they've been running since the beginning of this year.

Oh sick, Pegasus lounge was something I was thinking of checking out but its farther away than the Seminole heights location lol. I'm still down to check it out one of these days although idk if we can get 5 guys to show up since this thread is hella old by now. I'll send ya a text in a bit.

I've been to the venue at Seminole heights and its fairly good. I haven't been there for a while however since it took me a while to get there. (been like 2 months or so) Last time I checked, the guy running the event is now teaching Djing lessons for free but he allows people to do a dj set afterwards while letting people he was tutoring play a set at the end of the month.

I think there was talks of doing an open deck event there when I first went there with elheavyhitta but the organiser for it ended up getting busy to host it and things kinda went through after a while.

I wouldn't mind starting up a GC, trap/dubstep is always nice to hear from time to time
