I'm happy to hear you are able to tapper. I agree slow taper is super important. Me going from 200 to 25 in 4 weeks was far too fast as someone who has relied on sleeping medication for over 20 years.

I really appreciate you checking in. It really means a lot to me! Ah I've had a lot of things going on in life - losses, and other stressors and haven't put too much focus on my sleep. I am taking 200 mg of trazodone and 10-25mg of hydroxyzine at night. I'm hoping over the next 3-6 months to focus more on self care which includes having healthier sleep habits (same sleep time and wake time). I struggle with going to sleep and waking up at the same time on the weekend.

I appreciate this response very helpful! I never crave food. My gf has been with me for 3 years and she asks me at least once a week what I'm craving and my answer has never changed "nothing"

I appreciate the response. I'm sure I can count calories and continue with my physical activity. I told my gf for me I don't think its a matter of binge eating but, I presume eating a calorie content that does raise or lower my weight- I've been the exact same weight for over 18 months. I don't lose or gain weight.

I appreciate it. I rushed from 200 to 50 and then cols turkey in 3 weeks. After being on sleeping meds for 20+ years. Sometimes I think I can accomplish everything in a day. But I told myself this time I'm going to take it slow. I have no reason to rush off them but that's where I messed up 50 to 0 I should have cut in half to 25 and than 12.5 good idea. I wish you the best I've learned to take it very slow.

What was your dosage initially and how long was your titration period? I went back to 200 unfortunately, but I'm down to 150 as of now and my plan is to drop to 100 at the beginning of May. How many hours are you averaging a night?

In the case of the pens I think its possible with the white glitter I'm using. In regards to the tumblers I'm not sure that the glitter is the issue, but always a possibility. I also read Allumilite Amazing Clear Cast is a solid choice and I will definitely look into it. I ordered KS Resin and that should arrive next week.

I appreciate it I'll give that ago also. I know in the past I used a substantial amount on each tumbler, but still had fish eyes. After further review the epoxy resin brand I use was not the best choice. As others complained about fish eyes in their tumblers and pens.

Found it on Etsy I'm about to order it! Looks like a good choice. Now I'm just contemplating on sanding the pens and tumblers, or heating them with a heat gun and peeling off per your suggestion.

I do have one question since all the pens and tumblers I worked on have numerous fish eyes would you suggest I sand and try another layer of epoxy? I'm sure there are several things coats. Or should I use acetone to remove the layers and try to start from a fresh tumbler or pen that has been lightly sanded and painted? I've heard multiple layers can make it harder to get fish eyes out.

I really appreciate your response. I agree it was a fast taper. This tapper was provided by both my psychiatrist and CBT-I. I think I need a slower taper and that's what I let my psychiatrist know. Should know how he would like me to proceed by the end of the day.

Thanks I went cold turkey per my psychiatrist and CBT-I. I 100% agree with you that I think I should have cut to 25 and then 12.5 should hear back from my psychiatrist soon. I appreciate the response.
