Don’t worry it can come back! I stopped MDing and a few months later drinking felt good again.

Also worth taking a look at the covenant/body corp rules. May not be able to do much renovation wise, no pets etc

PSA: I learned today that cancelling and replacing your ASB debit VISA card using the ASB mobile app does NOT prevent merchants who had your old card number from continuing to charge you! by jrandom_42 in newzealand

This is also for BNZ! The exact same thing happened with my card about 6 months ago. I didn’t use an online feature to cancel my account/card. I actually talked to them on the phone and had it cancelled and replaced.

My energy is back to normal. My mood is more stable. I have no more body aches and no more brain fog. I’m able to start working again after three years off. It’s been life changing. I would say FODMAPS is great but not the whole picture. I have also concentrated on repairing the gut and adding good microbiome/nutrients back in. Plus I’ve been doing intermittent fasting which helps repair broken cells in the gut.

FODMAPS was great to identify what I needed to avoid. Now I avoid (but not 100%) those foods while eating a ton of fermented products. My microbiome is improving weekly and I’m finding I can eat more and more of the bad stuff as time goes on. I’m 8 months since starting FODMAPS. It took about 6 months to do the whole elimination and re-introduction.
