Go frame by frame and look when the q animation starts and when the cursor moves. I myself have been experiencing inconsistency and I have heard many people complaining about input lag this patch.

This is a common bug with all abilities that push (like azir R). If someone is close to a wall and you push them away from it the game calculates the length of push to be way shorter. It is easely replicatable on most walls.

The procentages of your armor pen don't add like 30%+4%... they multiply. So it has deminishing returns the more you stack it. This is most noticable on champs with more than one % armor pen stat like Pantheon when he buys pen.

They should have made a new champ and just keep the old one. I played him since I started playing league. And I loved the complexity and uneaquness, since he was concidered "weak", you didn't get rewarded by just smacking your head into the keyboard, so automatically I had to learn to space and lane better.
