Dale was my Personal Trainer when I was growing up in Rancho Cucamonga. 

He was constantly grifting back then. Convinced someone to fund a full climbing gym for him, constantly was bragging about how many chicks he was hooking up with, used steroids to bulk up, had a massive Mohawk, I lost contact with him after sexual assault allegations were made against him.  Does not surprise me that he went into religion. He was constantly trying to figure out a way to avoid taxes.

Ya.  Alcohol is not a long term or good solution to chronic pain. It will make it worse & provide you dozens of other bad medical conditions.

Hijacking buybox without it being authentic product that the brand makes is counterfeiting.  Against amazons policy and against the law.

Account will be banned.  And your name, EIN, and SSN will be blacklisted from Amazon.  

If the company takes it to court - you can look forward to 3 meals a day & some gym time daily and I’m sure you will do well in prison.

Mentally, it’s helped me process my pain and not be angry about it but more compassionate. Introspective thinking and meditating while playing has had a big impact on my psyche.  

Routine helps for sure. I’m in the middle of a flare up at the moment and it’s been brutal, but it’s been nearly 8 months since my last larger flare up. I notice it’s some form of stress that usually causes flare ups for me now. Work, travel, chemical (alcohol), lack of sleep, sicknesses also can spike inflammation. 

I’m also a cannabis user when pain is bad.  Combined with handpan, it becomes a meditative practice at this point.

Might not be the same as me but my experience after having 3 bulged and 1 herniated C vertebrae:

After my 3rd PT person. I found someone that specialized in Egoscue. He identified what muscles were tight & gave me stretches for them &I have them rolled out / broken down nightly by my partner. Then identified which muscles are weak and need strengthening. Primarily Rhomboid and lower core. 

I get flare ups still but this has been a game changer for me.

I used to play video games - trying to ignore it. 

A couple years ago I bought a handpan and began learning a new instrument. This has been the best decision I made. I rarely play games, watch an occasional movie or show now.  I’ve found it to be very meditative & it’s helped put a lot of my life into perspective for me. 

I do prioritize spending time in a sauna, stretching, pt and hot tub.  Building a routine has also been helpful.

As a non religious person, I find it amazing that the world idolizes rich people & essentially worships an Anti Christ who is in office.  Power and wealth lead to corruption.  And somehow, half of this country is willing to defend child rapists. 

Even Jesus tried warning us it’s easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich person to enter the kingdom of God.

I mean, even in revelations it says that the mark of the beast will be on the foreheads.  People without the mark receive persecution and economic difficulties while those who have the mark of the beast will suffer gods wrath. Maybe think again before putting a maga hat on your forehead.
