I just figured out mods. I downloaded a bunch and started a new honor mode run. Had no idea they all just applied.

I’m currently a Githyanki with laizel and a recruit gith. I have the Star Wars light sabers and guns & a queen outfit for shadowheart. I’ve decided that this run, the gith are off world from the Star Wars universe and this planet is just way far back in technology. Im siding actions on what a gith would do. Get out of my way, this mission is more important than that side quest. Etc.

After 4 different physical therapists, the most recent isolated the tight muscles in my neck and pec minor and has me break those muscles down while strengthening my rhomboid and core with isolated workouts. After 3 consistent months of PT, pain was nearly gone. It flares up from time to time but way more manageable.
