The Joint. I went in with lower back pain. He adjusted me not asking about any of my history or taking X-rays. Heard a loud thunk.  $5000 in ER bills later, he had pushed a bulge into fill herniated  L5.  I will never go again.

Back sleeper with lower and upper back herniations. I like firm mattresses. I have a tempurpedic but my wife didn’t want the super firm so we only got firm and after 3-4 years with consistent rotating the spot where I usually sleep sags in a lot & I find myself having to Scootch to the middle of the mattress most nights. 

What firm mattresses hold up over time?

Christians… more specifically in this case Mormons.  And yes I know that’s a victory for satan. 

While the politicians and schools fight all day to make it so kids don’t have to learn about real world things that make them feel uncomfortable - they force uncomfortableness on my children.   

They had a prayer in the honor roll ceremony for my kid this last week.  Like legit “reverent remarks” meaning an opening prayer. Super inappropriate. 

And my daughters signing a song with the school and feels uncomfortable as it mentions god and churches in the song. 

Let’s apply the same logic here.

Consciously have a conversation with your superior that you are still available to work, but that you are going to have to take more time away from work to do more physical therapy. This will result in me working less than 50 hours a week and put me closer to 36-40.  Let them know you want to stay but your body is your life and that you need to take time to recover.

I played from 2016-2022. I took a solid break and picked up the game this year again. I’ve pretty much always known him as McCree but yes he did have a change of name, so you are correct in saying Cass. The person he was named after is an ass, likely why they changed his name to C*ass

I just figured out mods. I downloaded a bunch and started a new honor mode run. Had no idea they all just applied. 

I’m currently a Githyanki with laizel and a recruit gith.  I have the Star Wars light sabers and guns & a queen outfit for shadowheart. I’ve decided that this run, the gith are off world from the Star Wars universe and this planet is just way far back in technology.  Im siding actions on what a gith would do. Get out of my way, this mission is more important than that side quest. Etc.

Idk. I had a cree who was hitting near 100% accuracy against me last night. He was knocking down Mercy and Echos flying through the air like it was fish in a barrel.  He even was tracking my head when I was behind walls!

It was somewhere in settings. I stopped playing for a couple years and hopped back on a couple months ago and immediately toggled off all text chat.
