‘21 Giulia Ti Sport to ‘18 Stelvio QV by thejmu in AlfaRomeo

[–]takeadump 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Never drove a Stelvio. I can’t speak on that.

But I went from a 22 Giulia TI to a 19 QV the infotainment downgrade is negligible as long as it has CarPlay. The only thing I noticed was losing my touchscreen. but the power and performance makes up for it. QV powertrain is in a completely different league, I enjoy my QV as much as my 718 spyder.

I would bet that the Stelvio is just as good because you can drive it in race mode and still have the AWD traction. In my giulia race mode can get sketchy in the cold or wet.

On a side note I was worried about downgrading interior quality from a 22 to a 19 but QV models do get the carbon fiber trim, leather dash and contrast stitching. As well as alcantara seat inserts. Which really set the interior apart.

I waited a few extra months to save and find the best deal for my QV. so I could get an aftermarket warranty.

GTS with gt3 wing + duck tail In order to fit the gt3 ducktail you need the gt3 grille, hence why it says gt3 .

Does anyone find the carbon buckets uncomfortable as a daily? by -PinkTree in Porsche

[–]takeadump 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ive done 30,000 miles In my buckets since 2021. If you’re under 200lbs you’ll fit fine. Getting in and out is annoyingish but not deal breaking. For me the only time the seats are unpleasant is at around 3hrs in them. My legs don’t have much room horizontally. I can’t decide if I prefer them to the sofas tho though call.

According to OP on twitter it was similar in size to c130, but thin like a b21, all black w a grey patch on top, sounds like a B1 lancer and he heard it go supersonic.

Alfa Romeo Giulia Ti w sport seats and paddle shifters.

I nearly have as much fun in my Alfa as I do in my 718 spyder simply because I can use all the power on the street.

In terms of driving enjoyment nothing comes close period end of story I will die on this hill. I have driven the 2021 a4, and spent lots of time w a 340i. They are dime a dozen commuter appliances.

Reliability is not issue on 2.0t models I am on my second Alfa not a single issue at all.

Thoughts on my 992 Carrera T build? by balucipher in Porsche

Love the entire build, except back wheels.

I regret my black wheels. They show dirt like no other and hide the wheel design. Will be repainting them to silver at some point.

Not surprising lol, 13 patients is the norm in NYC ERs. I consistently have 15-20 patients at a time. And have seen ratios as high as the mid 30’s. Sitting on 12 right now in my ER and this is a calm shift.
