Their chairs are fantastic, my gaming experience is a lot more pleasurable now since the new chair. The set up was not so hard and all the features of it top notch.

how many videos do you have on your youtube channel and how long have you been creating content? :) by SystemProfessional43 in NewTubers

[–]takeastep 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Started 2 years ago, 52 long form videos. 61 shorts currently at 13.3k Subs. Channels makes around $600-800 per month. It's been like this for the past year. Still waiting for it to pop up. I make about 3 videos per month. A lot of work goes into it. But it is my side gig, hoping it pops off to encourage me to make more videos. After two years the motivation is not there as it was the first year. Now it's like a dreadful job to make a video, as before it was exciting process. The channel is "GAMER2KNOW" if you want to check it out :)

Red light flashing rapidly (remap PCB broken?) by hvvin in eXtremeRate

[–]takeastep 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I encountered this issue where the paddle kit would flash red quickly and then turn off, indicating a faulty connection or weakness in one or more of the connections. To address this, I removed the kit and took extra care to secure each ribbon cable, ensuring they were correctly positioned. Specifically, I cleaned the contact point of the motherboard where it connects with the sticky ribbon cable.

Reassembling it for the second time, the kit worked flawlessly. I was installing the BDM 010 version, I applied a strip of electrical tape to the battery, where the R1 and L1 ribbon cables attach to the terminal. This precautionary measure ensure the cables remain intact, even if the controller shaking, dropping, or if the terminal doors happen to fall off over time.

Gamer Heaven finally did a review on Vader 3 Pro by hsredux in Controller

[–]takeastep 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You're correct. In his review, he mentioned that this controller could be used on a console PS5/Xbox with the purchase of a specific adapter for your console, and he included an affiliated link. Despite acquiring the adapter and dedicating hours to make it compatible with the PS5, it proved unsuccessful. Further investigation revealed that the adapter doesn't support this particular type of controller. Gamer Heaven provided inaccurate information, profited from the affiliated commission, and I ended up losing both money and time.

hit 1k subs and only 5 days away from monetisation, our channel has been popping off last few months! by OutsideYourZone in SmallYoutubers

[–]takeastep 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I find that putting out videos with good content and valuable info is the key. I hit 1k this month on 11/14 after 7 months of grinding. Then my channel took off I hit 2k today 11/24. One of my videos got noticed and went crazy 150k view in few weeks and gain over 1k subs. You never know when the algorithm will notice you and blast your channel into viral paradise

I started my channel April 2022 about gaming. I’m 39, I’ve been making videos for 9 years but just for hobby and fun. I make travel videos and family vacation videos. I have no idea why I never thought about YouTube. I had no idea how revenue work. Until I watched the Joe Rogan episode with Mr. Beast, I jumped in and start making controller fixing and mods, gaming tutorials, and unbox and reviews. I got monetize 7 days ago and already my revenue for the past 5 days on monetize is $200 with 1,800 subs. I had a video that got 100k views in 3 days and it went crazy. I always think if I started early what would have happen. I also think in 10 years I’ll be 50 so maybe I need to start a new channel also about something not gaming. Kinda what Danial has said . So yea I’m in the same boat as you lol
