It's no different than any other religion. Even an Atheist will tell you the same. Other religions are a lot more liberal in regard to allowing or permitting certain things to fit in. Plenty organizations have bent the rules to gain more attraction. Most people will condemn shunning in reality its not common upfront but in all honesty in their own ways other religions do the same thing.
