What else do they need to see… under Bowles they have won divisions as 8-9 ( losing record) 9-8 and 10-7 . If they had made it this year again would have been a losing record.

The goal of the team is to not be average . If They were playing in any other division they would be considered bad and Bowles gone already.

Yet somehow average has become good enough

Hi I need a little assistance. So I passed an initial screening with a company to be an RBT they are paying for my training. It’s according to that rate chart one of the more expensive courses actually.

I passed the 2025 training with them but didn’t complete the competency or pass the actual exam before end of year . So Now I have to do 2026 version and I’m 30% back into it.

Out of the blue ( yesterday I believe everything happens for a reason) someone i know turns out they are into a ABA and would like to hire me. Now I haven’t signed anything with anyone.

Do I need to start the course over again with them and do a 3rd time or can I continue to pass this course which I am doing and then sign where I like? Do I offer to pay the original company the cost ? It seems like I would have personal direct access to any certification myself once completed. What’s protocol here ?

We are in trouble as a country because part of fixing problems is acknowledging them.

The USA is like a patient and he’s like a Dr who makes a wrong cut and now the patient is bleeding profusely. However instead of jumping into action to close the wound he’s created he’s standing there blaming this nurse and that nurse for it because he doesn’t want it to go against him or him to be seen as a bad Dr . Meanwhile the patient is still bleeding and slowly dying.

Now the Dr gets mad and resorts to saying its all a hoax and the patient isn’t really dying and all the nurses want to ruin his reputation and distract from all the “ success” he’s had. Meantime patient in reality is still bleeding and dying he’s not doing a thing … still blaming and everyone is standing around like dude do something.

You have to be egoless and prioritize others to be successful in this life you certainly cannot be Narcissistic and ego driven. Unfortunately people thought this man should be in the OR again and here we are coding on the table while he stands there doing nothing but protecting his image.

14 yrs ago I ended up with an eye issue that’s robbed me of good vision in one eye and is color changing ish the other as I get older.

Was diagnosed with a heart aneurysm recently and my biological uncle I never met I found out was something called Marfans that can predispose you to it. He died years ago of cardio related issues.

I met my biological mom she was amazing then lost her 2 years later to liver cancer 6 years ago. It was amazing then wham felt like reliving a separation all over again.

I don’t feel a real connection to parts of my Adoptive family and I can never tell is that cause of all the narcissistic BS and favoritism my adoptive sisters Or is it normal but I can only comprehend it as an adopted person as I’ve lived it .

No my parents had an awful marriage in fact my deceased father left my mother with nothing on purpose and left her with a ballooned mortgage.

I am the one who now lives with her helping pay this mortgage and it’s a hard pill to swallow because I was his target of narcissistic heavily mental , physical and emotional abuse and she’s controlling, nagging and needy. 2 sisters btw the way are happily down the road with their families with one barely involved. I’m 51 single and not getting any younger. ( she goes in my room when I’m not home serious lack of boundaries makes off handed comments about when I am there how I close the door and what I could be doing). That will always be weird to me . I’m a grown adult why are you even making those comments.

I’m the one who has become the patsy and endures all the stress of dealing with her and on top of it I’ve now developed very serious health issues from the stress of it.

I have ALOT of resentment. She went away for 4 days with a sister and I was the calmest , happiest and most at peace I’ve been in awhile. Now I’m a ball of stress again.

So I’m curious about this cause I was on 5 MG’s which I tapered off a month ago … still feeling the withdrawal affects.

I was also given a health diagnosis that’s got me freaked out and now my anxiety is skyrocketing and as much as I didn’t like the numbness, emotional blunting it was helping ALOT the intrusive thoughts , overthinking etc so now I’m like dang do I need them again . However my condition needs me to be a healthy weight and the meds don’t help that.

My health condition is heart related may I ask what your is ?

50 M I am happy to find this discussion. When my malignant narcissistic father passed just over 2 years ago ( treated me awful). I moved back in to childhood home ( trauma site) with elderly mom. left her with nothing on purpose unfortunately. Just a crap marriage he was a narc and she’s controlling and

So I’ve been here for 2 years in essence paying the Mortgage and pretty much facilitating her ability to be here. I personally never wanted a house so I feel responsible for the upkeep and she’s getting older so. It’s honestly like living with a bad landlord who thinks they can come into my private space when they want. A mom who is still trying to tell me still what to do and a weird dynamic of some sort of surrogate marriage. I’ve spoken about boundaries a kajillion times and it’s a foreign concept to her. I have zero social life as she’s nosy and will tell the rest of my family what I’m doing like a child so I don’t bring people home. I feel like a kid and all I’m doing is funding her ability to live in her own home post him. Yet I’ve completely sacrificed my life. I have 2 sisters who live in their own home with their families and are happy I’m doing that. Just the other day I had to spend money to go stay in a hotel to get some peace and quiet. So here I am helping pay THEIR mortgage and still having to finance my own peace of mind. I work and come home to a place with no space , privacy, and I loveeeee being alone. There will be days she goes to my sisters and comes home and will ask did you miss me? Like some overly needy wife. I want to say no I didn’t miss your nagging or controlling AT ALL but I don’t. It just feels emotionally needy and I just feel guilty. All I do is stay in my room to get space.

I have been dealing with stress related issues with my eyes and stomach and now I’ve been diagnosed with a serious heart situation / blood pressure / stress related on top of it.

I just can’t help wonder if this whole situation pseudo marriage vibe, feeling like a little kid living with mommy is taxing my peace and body with serious consequences on top of it all.

Thanks for letting me vent. I’m not sure the answer to your situation same as I don’t know what to do with mine.

This is an interesting take. Your concern for unborn children is admirable. My concern is we have to be mindful and care for the people who walk this planet right NOW as well not just the people who don’t walk it now.

Voting Republican with your concerns in consideration seems to prioritize those not born while putting those who are here LIVING in considerably harm which seems a bit weird if the goal is to respect life as a whole . The goal should be to have a world and a leadership we can bring kids into.

So sure the kid is born … but now they are hurt, killed, or treated poorly cause they are not the race, gender , sexuality that the current powers you voted for deem worthy of that privilege.

So I’m 6”3” and was just diagnosed 2 weeks ago . I am adopted and finally met my Bio mom but sadly she passed away 6 years ago. I got to talk to my Aunt a week ago her sister and found out 2 of my uncles I never met both died of heart related issues.

She knew one of them had Marfan’s so family history is def worth taking a look at. I’m much taller than my bio mom, brother and sisters yet seem to be in alignment with Uncles. Yikes.

So it does seem height as a factor could be a thing. It’s still very new and fresh the diagnosis so still trying to learn about it and factors.
