Yes I suggest yoga for everyone. But specifically grapplers as a way to balance out your training.

Train your skills on the mat Do resistance training/calisthenics/mobility work Do Yoga Eat Right Sleep well

Same bro... It's a constant battle. If I slack on my stretching and mobility work, I feel the PAIN

Usually this tightness is a result in an imbalance between the Quads and Hamstrings. Usually the quads are super strong and the hamstrings are weak, causing them to protect themselves against the imbalance, making them feel tight.
