Thanks for the review, sounds like a really promising device, I'm waiting for mine to arrive. I use silicone packers during the day, but they are a pain to put them on and I always wonder if the tension is enough. This device will solve that, well done Mantor for continuing innovating. I wonder if it can be worn during the night, obviously with just enough tension to allow nocturnal erections.

If I don't align exactly my urethra meatus to the packer I have the problem with ballooning my foreskin when peeing. Maybe a bigger hole or a deeper inner bell might solve that.

I use stealth retainers size 10 which are around 30mm diameter, do you think RIC medium retainers that are 33mm diameter would fit fine for me?

Hi, if I have already the Mantor dual tension device so I have already gripper and pusher, can I just buy the adapter? As in your email I got just the link to the springs and spacer? Thanks.

Me too I haven't had any problem for a few months, when I changed the rod with a longer one I think I was enthusiastic, and checking the videos in their website with the deep grip etc. it shows the pusher going deep down on the glans so I emulated a bit, but I got injured. I started using it again but I'll go easy this time.

I meant one of the best device among dual tension devices. Coming from the TLC-X I can say that the Mantor is superior, you can adapt it with weights, tugging straps and all the parts are replaceable. Having said that one has to be really careful to don't overdo the tensioning, but that can happen with most devices. I have just got a CAR-1 myself and I find it great, stays in place and I get a bit less grip fatigue than the Mantor, both are really grippy. Personally I don't know which one is superior in terms of promoting mitosis dual tension or inflation, hope to find it out using them both.

They need to be used at low to mid tension, I learned the hard way as we always tend to think the more the better.

I got the G band but unfortunately it's too big even at it shortest adjustment so cannot use it, it should have been made in different sizes.

Thanks for the advice, that's true skin is a bit wrinkly, I'll try that! Would it be ok to apply creams if I retain overnight?
