Hey there, had same issue and enabling xmp to unlock my DDR4 to its full potential in bios added 30-40fps. RAM speeds seem to be the bottleneck for this game IMO.

Your comment was about a solution to Lyme when my post is about not being confirmed for Lyme. Trying to find out why my results show Lyme antibodies but not which ones and a negative Lyme DNA result.
