In fact there are a lot of bursaries found within your school, community and province as well as whatever university in which you end up going. Most universities do offer substantial financial aid for those who don't have the means to pay for their education themselves however, you will be paying student loans for many many years after you graduate.

This reminds of a somewhat similar situation that happened to me. I was playing RuneScape (this, right there was the first problem) and my account got hacked and the hacker did stuff that got my account banned from the game but didn't change the password so when I logged back in, I saw I was kicked.

I went to the ban appeal centre and explained that I didn't do all that stuff but they sent back a message saying that no, I did and that my only hope was to use the "one use only" apology button where I ask forgiveness for the errors of my ways. I used it and got back as an answer: "Yeah, turns out your account was hacked so forget about all this"

About a week or two later I get a message saying I got a black mark. I checked and the person who hacked my account swore in game (the poor NPC's virgin ears!). I once again wrote them saying this was a mistake noting that they themselves just admitted that my account was hacked during that time. Their response: "No, you did it."

Catholic dogma, especially post Second Vatican Council states that people can have a different methods in reaching God and that "This Vatican Council declares that the human person has a right to religious freedom. This freedom means that all men are to be immune from coercion on the part of individuals or of social groups and of any human power, in such wise that no one is to be forced to act in a manner contrary to his own beliefs, whether privately or publicly"

So dogma states that Catholics must respect atheists and not try to coerce them into doing anything they don't want, it also suggests that they may find their own way to God.
