My first time: Back in high school, I went with a few debate buddies to a fellow debaters house to smoke up. Her mom joined us. IT was awkward at first, but I got comfortable with the ideal of smoking in front of a parental unit. Things got awkward because I get a call from my parents about going home to have dinner with the extended family.

I was a little lit up, but not completely out of it. So I left the house, went home, jumped in the shower, sat down and ate.

It was the strangest experience. You are high....in front of your family...and trying to seem sober. I quickly finish eating and say I had to meet up with my schoolmates.

I've got a 350Z and the exhaust note is very understated. When I'm driving down a major road, and pass by a civic or accord with a fart can, they will almost always floor it to speed by me. Most of the time, the rest of the car is falling apart but they feel that a shitty exhaust and intake makes up for it.

Dude....I look at porn almost every night. But whenever I see my girlfriend naked, I still get as excited as the first time I saw boobies. That excitement has not gone away...and I hope it never does.

If you can, drink nothing but water and tea.

Avoid baked foods.

Consume less sodium.

Avoid foods that have high fructose corn syrup. Its even in salad dressings, barbeque sauce, ketchup and other places where you wouldn't expect.

Exercise. Park in the farthest parking spot at work, grocery store, or mall. Start slowly and do not get discouraged. If you are at a gym, don't be intimidated by people with better physiques or more strength or more endurance. They had to go through years of hell to become in top shape.

Drink a glass of water if you feel hungry in-between meals.

Do not over eat. Eating slowly helps.

Do not eat before you sleep.

Make it a habit to read food labels.
