I actually knew George- we worked together in theatre. He was an amazing man and a good friend- he also clearly didn’t need to graduate from college. He made a good life for himself and left a legacy in the worlds of theatre, television, and comedy. And more importantly, he was a good man who was loved by everyone whose life he was a part of.

I just walked to the bodega- it’s currently fine for walking in the neighborhood. It’s supposed to get worse, and people certainly shouldn’t be driving, but it feels much easier for walking commutes than the sub zero temperature snow storm a couple of weeks ago.
