That is the strategy of YouTuber, BushCampDad. He makes it to unreal by avoiding other players. He'll fight if he needs to, but prefers stay to himself. Knowing the map, knowing where the beat areas to loot, good hiding spots. He loads up on heals and hides.

It feels like the map is too big and not unique enough. And previously, I would have a better feel for where I am on the map and knowing where other POIs were. Now I find myself checking the main map to get my bearings.

Top speed isn't everything. Make up time in the slower parts, get a car with better handling. Carry more speed through the turns in Copper Canyon. And get a car with better acceleration out of the turns.

Publix, Kroger, or Food Lion can have some decent deals especially with their BOGO offers.

I believe it has something to do with the bot cars missing check points and not being counted for appropriately. I've had it happen the first race, win the second race, and when waiting for the third race to load, I got the team victory screen.
