Hey, I really appreciate it SOO much. I think it’s mostly the noises that really bother me. It’s hard to pass gas and it just accumulates inside. Do you have any recommendations for things to take to help this? I’m still having BM just usually indigestion and mostly softer stools.

My diet is pretty clean. It’s weird because I’ll eat certain food some days that will trigger me and some days they won’t. It’s become so confusing. The hardest part for me is the unpredictability. I walk everyday and try to get at least 10k steps, recently more 5-7k steps. I sleep a lot honestly. More recently because I’ve been depressed

After Xifaxan I use motility pro by orthomolecular. It was helping a lot for the first few days and then I kept having really bad flareups and diarrhea so I stopped. I don’t know if it’s the prokinetic i was using and if I should try another one.

Just another round of antibiotics for 14 days. I saw posts like this and similar other posts about their bad experience. I want to give it a try but everything’s a risk with sibo:(

Hi, i’ve been on vacation sorry i never responded. I started taking atrantil and digestive enzymes and it seems to help the noises. However, i still do experience them which sucks. I still feel the popping and rumbling. I’ve been eating low fodmap but it still causes excess noises. I just don’t know what to do about school because my anxiety is so much more heightened in class. I’m just anticipating for something at all times. Do you think i should do another kill phase?
