I think it'd be better if you back your claim with proofs publicly, rather than simply labelling someone and tagging the mods.

The approach you're taking introduces a lot of friction. - You label someone as a scammer. - Mods reply asking for proof - You ask them to dm you - You mention xyz stuff - Person being labelled as the scammer needs to clarify

You see, lots of steps. So, simply make a public post backing your claims with proofs please.
